Melvin is our Snubian (50% Saanen & 50% Nubian) breeding buck and registered with the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA). Melvin comes from incredible milking lines and is a proven stud, having fathered several kids.
Melvin's structure and temperament leave nothing to be desired. He has the build of a world class dairy goat and he is the sweetest, friendliest goat on the farm. In the pasture he is a pocket pet and given the opportunity he is the first one to hop in your lap or nuzzle your cheek with his.

Charles is one of very few registered, swallow belly breeding boars which exists on just four farms - including Ellis Acres - in the United States! His rare and prestigious genetics include Grand Champions whose lineage go back to where this rare and highly desirable breed originated in the country of Hungary.
The Mangalitsa breed is world-renowned for its combination of the most delicious pork and the most sought after lard in the world! This breed is the most highly prized breed in the world for its production of cured meat including prosciutto that - due to the fat's low melting point of 92 degrees - literally melts in your mouth.
